Every Beyond The Drip item is made to order. Please review product details, color selections, and size guides carefully before ordering.
Damaged, defective, or misprinted items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or contains the wrong item, contact us through our Contact page within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging. If the claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Packages lost in transit
If tracking shows that your package has not arrived, contact us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will review the shipment and, when the claim is approved, arrange a replacement or refund.
Made-to-order items and change-of-mind returns
Because our products are created specifically when you order them, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, an incorrect size or color selected at checkout, or a change of mind. Please use the size guide on each product page before purchasing.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned because the address was incorrect or insufficient, reshipment may be available after the address is corrected. Additional shipping charges will apply.
Unclaimed or refused packages
Packages that are unclaimed or refused may be returned to the fulfillment facility. Any approved reshipment will require payment of the additional shipping cost.
Before sending anything back
Please contact Beyond The Drip before returning an item. Do not mail a return to the address shown on the shipping label unless we provide return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time after issuance depends on your bank or payment provider.
This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States. It does not limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
