Shipping policy

Beyond The Drip currently ships within the United States only. Shipping charges are separate from product prices and are shown at checkout before payment.

MADE-TO-ORDER PROCESSING

Our products are made to order. After an order is placed, it must be prepared and fulfilled before shipment. Processing and delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY

Available shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery windows are calculated at checkout based on the products, destination, and carrier availability. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

TRACKING

When tracking becomes available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking activity can take time to appear after a shipping label is created.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please confirm the full shipping address, apartment or unit number, and postal code before completing checkout. Once fulfillment begins, we may be unable to change or cancel the order.

If a package is returned because an address was incorrect or incomplete, or because it was unclaimed, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.

DELAYS

Carrier delays, severe weather, high-volume periods, and other events outside our control may affect delivery. We are not responsible for carrier delays, but we will help review the available tracking information.

LOST PACKAGES

If tracking does not show delivery and the package appears lost, contact kbmass9@gmail.com within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Include your order number and confirm the delivery address.

PACKAGES MARKED DELIVERED

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate the package, first check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, building management, and the carrier. Then contact us promptly so we can review the order. A delivered scan does not automatically qualify for a refund or replacement.
