This website is operated by Beyond The Drip. Throughout the site, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Beyond The Drip. By visiting the site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced here.
ONLINE STORE TERMS
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use the store or place an order. You may not use the store or its products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, interfere with the operation or security of the site, or transmit malicious code.
PRODUCTS AND PRESENTATION
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, artwork, descriptions, and sizes accurately. Screen settings and the made-to-order production process may cause minor differences. Product availability, garment colors, specifications, and pricing may change without notice.
ORDERS
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, payment problems, product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, or purchase limits. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue an appropriate refund.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, contact, size, color, and shipping information. Changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are calculated separately and displayed during checkout. Payment information is processed by Shopify and its payment providers; we do not directly store complete payment-card details.
SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS
Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy form part of these terms. Because products are made to order, returns and exchanges are limited as described in the Return and Refund Policy.
CREATIVE CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Beyond The Drip name, ribbon symbol, logos, artwork, designs, photographs, text, and other site content are owned by or licensed to Beyond The Drip and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, or used commercially without prior written permission.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
The store is hosted by Shopify, and products may be fulfilled and shipped by Printful and its service providers. Third-party services may have separate terms and privacy practices. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
Our collection and use of personal information are described in the Privacy Policy.
ERRORS AND AVAILABILITY
We may correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and update information or cancel affected orders when necessary. We do not guarantee that the site will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Beyond The Drip does not exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
